CANCELLATION POLICY
To all our wonderful patients,
We would just like to make you aware of our cancellation policy for all appointments.
As I am sure you understand your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner’s diary that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Missed appointments will also incur a 100% charge.
